Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept any of the following cards: Visa, Visa Delta, Visa Electron, Switch/Maestro, Solo, and Mastercard. Card details are transmitted over a secure (SSL) link and stored using 128-bit encryption. We also accept cheques, BACS and CHAPS payments.

All prices quoted are fully inclusive of VAT and are correct at the time of data-entry. When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. If your item is not in stock or we will be delayed we will contact you first so that you can decide how to proceed. In either case we will always notify you as soon as possible.

Shipping And Handling All prices quoted include shipping and handling costs.
Delivery Schedule Delivery is to Mainland UK. We arrange delivery of your order right away.

JEC Underfloor Heating items are normally dispatched next working day on a "next working day delivery": if there is likely to be a delay we will advise you and if you require a specific delay please do let us know.

Goods must be inspected on delivery - in the unlikely event of goods being damaged we must be advised within three working days of delivery.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges All prices quoted include VAT at 17.5%.
Credit Card Security When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
Guarantee i) All of our products come with at least a one year manufacturer's guarantee- most with a ten year guarantee and many with a lifetime (cable kits).
ii) Customers from the European Union are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive

Privacy Policy JEC Flooring do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

Returns Policy Goods can be returned to us up to 7 working days from the date of delivery in line with the EU Distance Selling Directive that can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm

Underfloor Heating and Accessories

Goods must be returned in their original saleable condition and must be returned to us at a specified returns address along with a returns number: in all cases please contact returns@jecflooring.co.uk in the first instance. The cost of the original delivery will be deducted (£12 plus VAT - the cost to us). For all cable and cable mat there will also be a restocking charge of £25 plus VAT, this is on account of the requirement to retest for reasons of safety. Please note that in the unlikely event that your product develops a fault please contact us in the first instance with your order number so that we can advise on the next course of action.
